BLS is a progressive client. They always want to offer their customers the latest and greatest. For their new website, which my bosses designed for them, they wanted an additional feature, which I was allowed to develop independently. I was tasked with creating illustrations that would appear when the website malfunctioned. The purpose of the illustrations is to clearly show the client why the site isn't working and to help them resolve the issue.
Thanks to the witty illustrations, he is less upset about the mistake and might even be able to chuckle at it.
